Transnational investigation and prosecution of human trafficking cases

In this webinar, we discuss the lessons learned in the bilateral transnational investigative cooperation work between Philippines and Malaysia, and between Thailand and Myanmar.
In particular we focus on sharing information, investigating and prosecuting TIP cases, and protecting victims.
Recommendations for relevant ASEAN policy makers and partners are shared to support stronger regional and bilateral partnerships in investigating and prosecuting traffickers, and providing victim protection.
